Mission Statement: To provide ongoing maintenance and oversee all building improvements, additions, and repairs. This committee also has the responsibility to determine and maintain an operating budget.

Did you know we:

• Are responsible for building upkeeps such as painting inside and outside
• Oversee heating systems operations and air conditioning systems
• Electrical (including the sound system) and plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Security and fire alarm systems
• Oversee annual inspections such as security, fire, and emergency systems
• Upkeep landscaping such as mowing, trimming, and snow removal

As a volunteer you:

• Will learn new skills
• Share skills you already have
• Learn how a church building operates
• Provide valuable service for our congregation

We meet monthly or as needed throughout the year.
