EVANGELISM COMMITTEE – 10:30 AM – 2nd Sunday each month
Come join the group and bring your new and creative ideas. We meet in the Prayer Room. Contact: Pam Spencer
BREAD DELIVERY – Flexible Scheduling Help our visitors feel at home with Our Saviour. Volunteers are needed to join the team that delivers greetings and a loaf of bread to visitors. Just drop off the bread at their home, say thanks for visiting us and invite them to join us again. If no one is home, you may leave the bread and a note for them to find when they return. Contact: Pam Spencer
NURSERY CARE DURING 9:00 SERVICE – 1 hour Sunday mornings
If you are a parent or grandparent or someone who cares about children, your help is needed. Teenagers can also be made available as helpers. This is an important ministry for families and you are encouraged to be a part of it. Contact: Becky Wiesmore or Church Office
PRAYER SHAWL – On Your Own Schedule at Home
Thanks so much for your work in the past and as we continue with this important ministry. We have heard how very much it means for someone to receive a shawl for baptisms, hospital stays, and nursing home residents. We would like them all to be made from Homespun brand name yarn (the soft and cozy kind). Please let us know if you can help out. Contact: Barb King
PROPERTY COMMITTEE – 1 hour on any Saturday Morning (no long term commitment)
There are always more things to do than we have time for. We manage to keep the high priority items in check but there are always some tasks on our to-do list that seem to never get done. You can just show up on a Saturday morning and we can give you one of those “never seem to get done” tasks that will help maintain and improve the church and grounds. Contact: Ed Jarvis
VOCAL CHOIR OR BELL CHOIR – 1 hour weekly (September – May) – Contact: Alexandra Pond or Church Office
Traditional Choir: Do you enjoy singing? Join the Vocal Choir. Practice at 10:00 a.m. Sunday mornings and sing at the 11:15 a.m. service once or twice a month.
Worship singers are needed for the 9:00 a.m. service each week. No solos, just sing the weekly upbeat songs with the congregation each Sunday.
Bell Choir: Do you enjoy music? No need to read music! If you can count and have rhythm, you can play bells. We need regular members – especially for the larger bells – as well as people to sub when the regulars are traveling.
