We cordially invite you to worship with us each Sunday at our Service at 9:00 AM Modern Traditional and 11:15 AM Traditional Service. Sunday School is at 10:15 AM. CHILDREN ARE WELCOME IN WORSHIP – Parents with small children may use the pews in the back of the church. Parents’ Room (equipped with sound) is available.

The Angel Tree will be setup soon. Please take an ID tag from the tree, and return it with an appropriate Christmas gift for the needy child by December 10th. These children have been identified by the Rochester Family Mission or our church. Gifts should be in the $30 to 40 price range. For more information see gift guidelines attached to the ID tag
RECEPTION OF NEW MEMBERS is at 9:00 AM today. We welcome to Our Saviour these new members Elton and Patricia Schulz and John and Debra Macksamie. A reception to meet and greet these new members will follow the service in the Augsburg Room on the lower level.
VETERANS DAY—-Today, November 12, 2017, we recognize, remember and honor our military veterans who have served this great country. We will be adding 4 new veteran bricks to the Mitchell’s Memorial Flag foundation, this will give us a total of 45 bricks. These four bricks are being presented today in the Sanctuary for recognition and blessing.blue insert lists all the Veterans with bricks in the Mitchell Memorial Garden, the gray sheet lists all our living veterans.

X-CATS Robotics Team—Help raise funds for X-cats robotics team by donating your gently worn, used and new shoes. A box is available in the narthex for your donation. Thank you for helping.
LCOS_guest Wi-Fi now has a Password due to the fact that our Wi-Fi now extends well beyond the church building. The password is posted several locations in the church. Call or text Jerry Stich with questions or comments.
THANKSGIVING DINNER AT THE COMMUNITY LUTHERAN MINISTRY(Maggie Harris) is18th. Please consider donating money or contributing food items for this dinner. The food sign-up sheet is on the Narthex table. For more information contact Jerry Stich. If you would like to volunteer your time, please complete the tan sheet or contact Ed Jarvis.
ANNUAL ADVENT WORKSHOP —November 26 following the service at 10 AM. (One service). cost is $4 a person or $14 per family.I am asking people to sign up by Nov. 19th so we can get a count to order the pizza.Please bring your own frosting and cardboard milk cartons for the gingerbread houses.
MORTGAGE BURNING—-Will be celebrating on November 26th at the 10:00 AM Service. Coffee hour to follow. YEAH!
PRAYER REQUEST CARDS-the prayer cards that are available in the pews have been updated to include some additional information; please state your relationship to the person we are praying for today and include an address if possible for that person. Evangelism committee sends out postcard to the individuals letting them know they are in our prayers.
IF YOU ARE ADMITTED TO THE HOSPTIAL please let Pastor or the Church office know, also let the hospital know you are a member of Our Saviour so they may notify us. Use the prayers cards in the pews to share your concerns.
JUBILEES CHRISTMAS LUNCHEON—SIGN UP TO JOIN US:Christmas Luncheon at beautiful Brook Lea Country Club on, December 6, 2017.will be served at 12:15 in the library with a carol sing-along following. Our own very talented Alexandra Pond will be playing Christmas music on the piano for us to set the mood for Christmas. The Sign up sheet is on the Narthex Table along with a flyer detailing the 3 menu choices each priced at $15 which includes your menu choice, coffee/tea ice cream and gratuity. Tax is exempt. Payment can be made to Nancy Austin, Deb Ciccone or Mary Pleten by cash or check. Checks should be made out to LCOS. Deadline for sign-up is Sunday December 3rd. The luncheon is limited to 48 participants so sign up soon. Hope you can join us!
